Send Legal Notice

File Complaint Online (E-Daakhil)
If they ignore the notice, file a consumer complaint on the government's E-Daakhil portal. You'll need to upload proofs like the manifest, POD (Proof of Delivery), and photos of the fake return.
Hearing & Submission
The court will admit your case. You (or your agent) may need to appear virtually or physically. Once a judgment is passed, the company is legally bound to pay.
